Practice Guidelines

  • Attendance is a must
  • If you cannot attend practice, it is your duty to notify coaches
  • Leave all your personal problems behind you when you attend practice
  • Report all injuries to the trainer immediately
  • No profanity
  • Remember it takes 21 days of repetition to make a habit
  • Warm-up to throw, don’t throw to warm-up
  • Everyone helps set-up and take down after practice. Remember your responsibility sheet
  • Do not stand around. Work like someone is always watching
  • Jog everywhere
  • There is no “I” in team. We care about “we go” not ego
