  • Up/Down (work on location/mechanics)
  • All out of stretch

Week 2:

  • 45 pitches
  • Fastball/Change-up
  • Location/Mechanics
  • Wind-up/Stretch

Week 3:

  • 45 pitches
  • Fastball/Change-up
  • Location/Mechanics/Stretch/Wind-up
  • Wind-up/Stretch

Week 4:

  • 50 pitches
  • Fastball/Change-up/Breaking ball
  • Stretch

Week 5:

  • 60-70 pitches
  • Fastball/Breaking Ball/Change-up

Week 6:

  • Inning work with partner
  • 15-20 pitches
  • 3-4 innings
  • All pitches

Week 7:

  • Inning work with partner
  • 15-20 pitches
  • 4-5 innings
  • All pitches
